- Pest, building, or strata reports
- Legal or conveyancing fees
- Mortgage registration fees
- Registration of title
- Loan application fees, including independent valuers' fees

A simple choice, made possible by the First Home Guarantee (FHBG)!

Under this scheme, 35,000 individuals/couples per year have their home loans guaranteed by the government, allowing you to put down as little as 5% of the property price as a deposit, without having to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

As long as you intend to occupy the property, and earn less than $125,000 as an individual, or $200,000 as a couple, you are likely eligible!

Another scheme offered to First Home Buyers that can literally save you tens of thousands of dollars is the Stamp Duty Exemption.

There are limits to the value of property eligible for an exemption, which vary by state:

ACT: $800k
NSW: $1m
NT: $0 (House and Land Packages eligible)
QLD: $500k
SA: $650k
TAS: $600k (50% discount)
VIC: $600k
WA: $430k

Eligibility is based on a variety of factors, differs by state and is also highly detailed.
