Quick post about garlic, if stored correctly it is long lasting, this was harvested in November 25 almost 12 months on and it is still full of flavour and Juicy, I keep a lot of the smaller bulbs for myself to use throughout the year and I am still using them now,
Next crop will be available around Christmas time after the drying process
Taking orders for braids now, I will also have garlic flowers available that you can use for cooking or have as flowers, they are extremely long lasting as flowers

Getting a bit done at the old brickworks in Grafton, was a bit worried about getting another flat in this one 😅 client was happy to pay for the repairs if I did.

Back into it today, Cleaning up some paddocks, river care wanted the wild tabbacco trees left there for shade 🤷

Then onto the next job clearing a heap of wood and logs in the grass and stacking in a pile and leveling off the ground. The client on this one went to the trouble of using marking paint to show where the hidden wood and obstacles were. Much appreciated

Bit of a tuff one today, ended up with two flat tyres and a heap of wire wrapped around the slasher, with the tyre shops charging $150 per hour from the time they leave the shop to the time they return+ parts( patches), this job has ended up costing me more money than was made and my time( not the first time this has happened and probably not the last)
unfortunately with the rising costs of diesel, servicing, repairs and costs of living I am having to raise my hourly rate, I will still continue to do the best job I can and get my tractor into them hard to reach places, all I ask is if there is a heap of wire, metal poles, fence posts or old tyres laying around that you could please let me know. The place did come up nice tho.
