One message stood out that strong women never give up. Whether facing challenges in their careers, supporting their families, or breaking new ground.

Today is a celebration of not only women in real estate, but all women who keep pushing forward, and proving every day that strength and determination can achieve incredible things.

I had the opportunity to attend the 2026 REIV WIRE event, which highlighted the crucial role of self-care in achieving a successful career, and it was a potent reminder that in our fast-paced industry, prioritizing personal wellbeing is essential for sustained success. The session focused on building resilience, establishing boundaries, and managing pressure, emphasizing that mental and physical health are vital to high performance. The open discussions about self-care and career sustainability were particularly inspiring, especially among women in leadership roles, and reinforced the importance of supporting one another.
