'We had initially chosen (and listed) with two other local agents. With our first agent, we felt that their branded national image while still being “local” would give us our best result to reach potential buyers. We could not have been more wrong. We were simply just another seller on their list. Consequently, we decided to appoint a smaller yet still sizeable agency that had a long history with our area. We remained responsive to all suggestions and advice regarding pricing, presentation, appearance etc. Once again were severely disappointed. Out of sheer frustration we contacted several alternative agents through the RealEstate.com portal. That is when we met Jackie. We were aware of Jackie as an agent in our area but had no real experience of Fox & Co Real Estate. Jackie’s positivity and absolute professionalism regarding her considerable knowledge of our area, correct pricing, organisational skills and complete honesty without the “glossy real estate talk”, was a breath of fresh air. Jackie had access to the tools needed to put together a campaign that achieved genuine results. Jackie may not have branded coffee mugs, pens and pencils like other agents, but you are receiving superior service, integrity and knowledge.
We would not hesitate to appoint Jackie to handle our real estate requirements should the need arise again. We can highly recommend Jackie if you are considering selling your property.
