Hello Emerald!
Some of you will already know me, but for those I haven’t met yet, my name is Jodie Marie Hardy. I’ve recently made the decision to step away from mining to dedicate my time fully to real estate and to be more available for my family in Emerald, as a previous Emerald resident of 26 years (and still somehow not officially considered a local haha), it’s always stayed close to me.
Because of that long connection to the area, I’ve always paid close attention to the local property market and how strongly it’s represented by established agents and agencies. My aim is to position myself amongst those professionals by contributing my own strengths, combining industry experience, marketing knowledge, and a long personal understanding of the local area to deliver consistent, high-quality results backed by a company with 145 years of industry leading experience, Australian owned and made! If nothing else, I can offer Emerald an additional option in what is already a very active real estate space… because let’s be honest, there’s certainly no shortage of us around. 🤣
I place a strong focus on communication, keeping clients informed at every stage, from contracts to photography and marketing preparation, preparing for open homes, through to campaign updates and market feedback. You’ll always know exactly where things are at and have input throughout the process to change and dictate the style that best suits you and your goals.
For anyone considering selling, I’m offering $0 upfront photography/staging from now (July) till October to help present properties at their best and provide a more personalised approach for my clients. If you’re just exploring your options or even thinking about selling privately and want to understand the process better, feel free to reach out as well, I’m always happy to answer questions or point people in the right direction and I promise I won’t try to convert you to selling though me (unless you want to!) 🤣
I’m also very keen to continue to give back to the community wherever possible, so if anyone has any suggestion of local sporting groups, businesses, or community organisations looking for sponsorship or support, I have a few in mind but I’d genuinely love to hear from the community itself first on areas they’d like to see receiving funding/help!

I would also like to add that all my work is done using my own skills and techniques, though AI has been a tool many agents have opted to implement I like to go against the norm and have spent hours upon hours learning and working with Adobe creative suite to ensure anything I make/produce for you is catered to the finest detail for you by me and myself alone! ☺️
