Sometimes it's the little things that mean the most. 💙

Recently, someone asked on one of our Facebook ads if we clean solar panels, and before I knew it, four previous customers had jumped into the comments to share their positive experiences with Emerald Property Wash.

I have to say, I was a little taken aback.
When you're busy running a small business, you're usually focused on the next job, the next customer and making sure everything gets done properly.

So to see people take time out of their day to recommend your business, without being asked, genuinely means a lot.

To those who commented, and to everyone who has recommended us, left a review or passed our name on to someone else, thank you.

A quick response before the rain! 🌧️

Yesterday we headed out to Ampol Tieri to take care of some urgent gutter cleaning before the next lot of rain arrived.

We managed to get all the gutters cleared in time, but while on site, we also noticed an area of concern on the roof that could potentially be causing a leak.

We took photos, documented what we'd found and reported it back so it could be investigated further.

For us, it's not just about turning up and getting the cleaning done. It's about taking the time to notice things, communicating with our customers and helping them stay on top of potential issues before they become bigger problems.

Another job completed, just in time for the rain!

What a week! 🌧️💦

The rain has certainly kept things interesting, with plenty of inquiries coming through. I’m nearly caught up with everyone, so if you’ve reached out, I’ll be in touch soon!

There’s also been plenty of interest in the new gutter vacuum system sitting in the background 👀 It’s already getting people talking, and next week we’ll be putting it to work. Looking forward to some happy customers and some awesome footage to share with you all!

A little freshen-up for our local community! 💦🌿

A local community member reached out to see if we could give this park seating and bench area a clean. I found a spare window this morning and got stuck into it.

It’s amazing what a clean can do to freshen up a shared space for everyone to enjoy. Always happy to lend a hand where I can! 👌

🌧️ The rain has arrived!

I woke up this morning to 4 or 5 messages, and they all had one thing in common… gutters!

When the rain starts falling, gutters that haven’t been maintained can quickly overflow, potentially causing problems around your home.

So, a few gutter cleaning jobs have already landed 👌

I also put the new gutter vacuum system through its paces this morning. Safe to say, it’s pretty awesome in action! 💪
