More and more uncertainty is preventing vendors from going to market. It's understandable. The rumors out there aren't great. But I trust numbers more than journalists, and the numbers are telling us a very different story. Frankston's area and surroundings are holding up extremely well, despite fewer buyers coming at open for inspections, those buyers are genuine and eager to buy. Actually it's a great time to go to market, less competition, more visibility. If you're considering selling, I strongly suggest doing it now!

Despite a cascade of major economic developments, home values in most suburbs are still higher than this time last year.
