🏡 Preparing a Home for Market | Day 1
One of the questions I get asked most is:
"How long does it take to get my property ready for sale?"
Today is Day 1.
The tenant has moved out, and the first step is a thorough inspection of the property—inside and out.
This is where we identify repairs, maintenance and presentation improvements before creating a plan to prepare the home for the market.
Selling a home is much more than putting up a signboard. The preparation behind the scenes can make a real difference.
