The flooring is now down and it’s completely transformed the feel of this home.

We’ve selected a warm timber-look floor that complements the custom walnut cabinetry, stone benchtops and brushed brass fixtures throughout the home. These finishes work together to create a timeless, high-end look that buyers will love for years to come.

As investment builders, we could take shortcuts—but we choose not to.

The finish line is getting closer at Project 3 Lara!

🔨 Fit-off stage is now underway

✅ Stone benchtops completed
✅ Painting completed
✅ Trades back on site completing final fit-off works

This is one of the most exciting stages of the build, where all the finishing touches start coming together and the house truly begins to feel like a home.

The cabinetry colours, stone selections and paint finishes have all come together beautifully, creating a modern and timeless look throughout the home.

We’re looking forward to seeing the final fixtures, fittings and details installed over the coming weeks as we move towards completion.

✅ Walls and ceilings lined
✅ Internal spaces now taking shape
✅ Ready to move into the next stage of construction

It’s always exciting to see a build transform once the plaster goes up. The rooms are now really starting to come together, giving a true sense of the home’s scale, layout and design.

A huge thank you to all the trades involved so far. The quality and attention to detail continue to shine through on this project.

Another exciting milestone reached at Project 3 in Lara!

✅ Ensuite glazing installed
✅ Ready for floor preparation and flooring installation

The finishes are really starting to bring this home to life.

The warm timber cabinetry paired with the stunning stone surfaces creates a timeless, high-end feel throughout the home, while the bathroom finishes and custom detailing are coming together beautifully.

A huge shout-out to Lucas from Master Stroke Painting for an exceptional paint finish throughout the property. The quality, attention to detail, and workmanship have been outstanding, and it has really elevated the overall feel of the home.

Next up, we’ll be preparing the floors for levelling before flooring installation begins.

It’s always rewarding to see a build progress from a timber frame to a home that is really starting to take shape. With the weatherboards now installed and all rough-in services completed, we’re ready to move into the plaster stage.

The external render is now complete and the home is officially ready for weatherboard installation. The combination of recycled red brick, clean render finishes, and black window frames is already bringing this modern façade to life.

Project #3 – Lara

This home is really starting to come together beautifully. The cabinetry is now being installed, and the stunning wood grain finish flowing throughout the house is bringing so much warmth, style, and character to every space.

The new design direction for this home is looking absolutely incredible, especially paired with the elegant gold fixtures and fittings now being installed throughout. The bathrooms and laundry have also been fully tiled and grouted, adding the perfect finishing touch to these spaces.

Every detail is coming together to create a home that feels both timeless and luxurious, and we honestly can’t wait to share more of the transformation with you.
