It’s been a little quiet on our socials, but plenty has been happening behind the scenes at MMD!

In November, we welcomed Max Eddy as our new Estimator. With his bricklaying background and problem‑solving mindset, he’s already bringing great ideas to the table.

In February, we farewelled Kendra Grose after 6.5 years with us.

In March, we welcomed Jacqui Trevey as our new Administration Manager, bringing strong experience in Property Management & Sales across public, community, and private sectors.

We’re thrilled to have new faces on board and incredibly proud of our long‑standing crew — Brad, Brett and Shane, each with over 20 years at MMD and still going strong.

And of course, there’s Mark, our fearless leader. He’s stepped back from daily home visits to focus more on the business, but you’ll still see him out and about quoting with his usual energy.

Here’s to growth, new faces, and the dedicated team that keeps MMD moving forward.
