Oasis and Amargo are both under construction right now, and Soleira is breaking ground this September; three Sherpa Group projects are taking shape on one of the Coast's most sought-after streets.

Flourish Amargo | Construction Update

Sam, one of Sherpa's Development Managers, walked the site last month with Cam from LPS Group to check in on progress at Amargo.

Level 13 has now been poured, with Level 14 set to follow in the coming week. Internally, works are progressing across multiple trades, including glazing, services, framing, sheeting, sanding, painting, waterproofing, bedding and tiling.

Another solid month of progress from the team on site. Stay tuned for more updates as we move through the build!
