Realestate.com.au contacted us this week to tell us Baileys Reserve is their #1 Project Profile (for lead volume) on the Gold Coast! We've just made the decision to let the profile lapse, as Stage 1 has SOLD OUT, however demand will no doubt be just as strong for the upcoming Stage 2 in this sought-after boutique new Gold Coast community.

Progress! After some pesky wet weather, the civil team truly does make hay while the sun shines at Baileys Reserve.

As you can see, construction is moving ahead with building pads largely formed, with a focus on essential infrastructure and environmental management:

📝 Erosion & Sediment Control Measures - Reviewed and maintained after recent rain, water cart on-site at all times for dust suppression, street sweeper operating daily to keep external roadways clean.

📝 Retaining Walls - Drilling sleeper wall footings in rock, ongoing installation of posts, sleeper walls and sandstone boulder walls.

📝 Stormwater Management - Excavation for Stormwater Tank 2 is now underway.

📝 Roadworks - installation of road crossings commenced this week.

Stage 1 is now SOLD out! We will keep you posted as we prepare for the launch of Stage 2.

A run of wet weather on the Gold Coast (along with all of South East Queensland) has not missed Baileys Reserve. Rain has unfortunately slowed progress, however it's still incredible to see this project take shape.

Just before shutting down for a well-earned Christmas break, Stratum Civil reported they had reached a fantastic milestone: CIVIL WORKS ARE NOW 50% COMPLETE!

Happy Monday! Recent wet weather can't dampen the progress we see on site with each visit to Baileys Reserve. Stratum Civil is powering ahead with:

👍 Bulk earthworks to prepare building pads.
👍 Continued progress on boulder retaining wall installation including drilling sleeper retaining wall footings in rock.
👍 Erosion & sediment control reviewed and maintained to withstand recent rainfall.
👍 Installation of the stormwater tank is complete with stormwater reticulation commenced.
👍 External sewer reticulation commenced.

If you live close by, you'll be pleased to know dust suppression is in place, with a water cart, and a street sweeper on site daily to keep external roadways clear.

🏠 Targeting completion of the civil works by February 2025.

🏠 FINAL homes are now selling in Stage 1.
