Celebrating - in 2024 I ran the NY Half Marathon having just been diagnosed with breast cancer the week before …. After various operations & chemo, today I returned to New York to run it again - proving to myself nothing will hold me back, nothing will hold me down & everything is possible. HUGE Thanks to my college room mate who was with me on this crazy ride. We did it girlfriend!!! 🙌 moral of the story …. Ladies - GET YOUR MAMMOGRAMS DONE REGULARLY!! It will save your life. 💕

Honored to be guests of Her Excellency Ms Sarah Cooke & Mr Calum McCallum at UK High Commission in Dhaka this week. Our final evening celebrating Scotlands official national day with a St Andrew’s Ball. Joined by other Consular Dignitaries from USA, Australia, Canada & EU we enjoyed Ceilidh dancing til the ‘wee’ hours in true Scottish form.
