Another one secured this week — this time commercial 🔑

We inspected it a week before auction, put forward one strategic unconditional offer and exchanged later that day.

You never really know where a property will land until you have the conversation.

Over the last three months, we’ve secured a few acreage properties in Northern NSW. Our latest one settled today.

The clients have ranged from doctors relocating for work to long-time locals looking for their forever property.

There are still some genuinely undervalued pockets if you know where to look.
