Time flies… 43 years completed in this beautiful world, and today I turned 44. 🎂🙏

I thank God for everything.

Being the eldest son in the family… lucky me.
My grandparents loved me more than anyone. Sometimes I felt like I was their whole world. ❤️

I was born into a crazy, beautiful family full of music, dancing, laughter and celebrations. A real rock and roll family. My childhood was filled with love, joy and unforgettable memories.

Lucky me to have wonderful parents who gave me freedom, trusted me, supported me and filled my life with love and happiness. No matter how wild or carefree I was, I always knew my family stood behind me. ❤️

Then came my teenage and young adult years…
Most of my life was spent with friends, concerts, parties and chasing moments that made us feel alive. My mum and dad were not just parents — they were like friends. During Dashain and Tihar, our home used to feel magical. Big gatherings, loud laughter, food, music, togetherness… those moments were special. Festivals back then felt different. Pure. Full of heart.

Then came love… ❤️

I met the woman who would later become my wife. My Queen 🫅
I was 21. She was 18.

She changed my life.

She saw something in me before I saw it in myself. She believed I was capable of more. While I was enjoying life freely, she was thinking about our future.

I never wanted to leave Nepal. Never wanted to go abroad. But she pushed me to dream bigger. Deep down, she knew I needed direction, discipline and purpose.

So I came to Australia.

Looking back now… it was the best decision of my life.

Australia shaped me. It taught me discipline, independence, sacrifice and responsibility. It taught me how hard life can be… but also how strong we can become when family depends on us.

Then in 2017, my life changed forever.
My son was born. 👑❤️

My prince.

The moment I held him in my arms, something inside me shifted completely.

Suddenly life was no longer just about me.

He became my strength. My motivation. My reason to push harder every single day.

Because of him, I started searching for financial freedom. Before that, I honestly didn’t even know what it truly meant.

Like many of us from Nepal, I grew up believing:
Study hard.
Get a good job.
Buy a house to live in.
That’s success.

But later I realised… for many families, the real struggle begins after buying the house.

The endless cycle.
The pressure.
Working two shifts.
Living stressed just to survive and pay the mortgage.

That scared me.

I didn’t want life to become only work and bills. I wanted freedom. Time. Peace. Memories with family.

That’s when I started learning about financial independence.

To me, financial freedom means:
• Not depending only on salary
• Having passive income
• Spending quality time with family
• Living life on your own terms

And I realised investment was the path.
For me, property investment became the vehicle.

So at the age of 39, I started my property investment journey.

I gave myself a 12-year timeframe to become financially independent.

I started educating myself, researching every day, improving my mindset, building knowledge and taking action.

Now 5 years have already passed.

Today I turned 44… and I still have 7 years to go.

At 51, I will be financially independent.
I truly believe that. 💯

And honestly… I already feel rich.

Not because of money.
But because I have my queen beside me and my prince in front of me. 👑❤️

Remember earlier I said my wife is my queen and my son is my prince…

Then who does that make me? 😄

I know I am a king. 👑 😊🤩

Not because of wealth, status or success…
But because I believe in myself, I protect my family, and I continue to fight for the life we dream about.

And that’s my message to everyone reading this:

Believe in yourself.

No matter where you come from, no matter how late you start, your life can still change.

You are stronger than you think.

You are a king.
You are a queen
