Another big month, The Concrete Mind team produced some excellent off form concrete.
Our team prepped framing for Gyprock, installed the skylight, keeping the site ticking over. The front planter box walls are built, select waterproofing did there thing on all the planter boxes.
Also plenty of rough in work by Bezzina Electrical, Frazer Plumbing, expert plastering J and C Rando Plastering.

Quick update from Mosman, the boys from the concrete mind are forming up what will be an awesome concrete Kitchen bench.
We performed all the additional work from footing to structural steel to carry the load. Plenty of other trades working hard as well.

Another big week, highlight was Palmers Glass installing the 3.6m x 2.5 m glass into our picture frame window.
Tilling by Alex looking awesome like usual and rendering and setting coming along.
Also Aircon and Electrical rough in continues.

Plenty going on at our Mosman Job.

The last couple of weeks have been productive at Mosman, the balcony masonry planter boxes are built, the drainage rough in for the planter boxes has started. The electrical rough in continues,.we finally got our CDC and the new bathrooms upstairs are being framed up after demolition of the old.

Rain has slowed progress the last couple of weeks but still getting jobs done. Hardwood slide and stack doors are in and openings at the rear of the house framed up for the steel framed doors and window.

When the sun is out and even when it is not we are still getting the job done.
Our Beautiful hardwood windows are being installed with secret fixings, so no screw heads all bracketed which will be covered by finishes in the future.

Friday the 11th July, Acacia Windows delivered the Blackbut Timber Windows to site.
BC sands crane truck and the Bemarcon crew got them into position ready for installation.
The lightest unit was 380kg with the heaviest at just under 500Kg, definitely the heaviest windows we have ever had on a job.

The last two weeks we have installed the new column which supports the louvre awning, the beam to allow the 5.9m slide and stack doors to enjoy the view and all the new openings on the front elevation cut out and bricked up.

Concrete Stairs 21 days later stripped and looking good. Balcony slab poured this week and again like the stairs it rained . Anyway turned out well regardless.
