Taken from the Dreamhaven Caravan page. As these are very new vans, other owners, are doing the ‘spot the Dreamhaven’ game, and we were spotted, on our way down from Brisbane to Ballina. We have chatted with the author of the post and confirmed it was us.

Came back to Byron Bay just for lunch at this fabulous restaurant, right at Main Beach. Two platters eaten, Ross chose the Seafood Mixed Grill, and I chose to create my own platter, Perch: oysters, prawns and scallops. Absolutely delicious. We’ve been here before and we would definitely come again. Made even more special by watching a whale 🐳 playing off shore

Well best laid plans…. We had intended on going from Scarborough to Hervey Bay but we didn’t book in time, so change of plan. We drove down to Ballina. As usually happens to us, a visit to Qld means one of us gets a cold, so today Ross is going to enjoy some sunshine while I wash, and then we will head up to the chemist.

Great lunch at Tapworks Bar and Grill in Chermside Shopping Centre. A delicious break from walking and window shopping. Grilled Barramundi was delicious as was the Mexican Parmigiana.

We are currently staying in Scarborough Qld and today we ventured out to take a walk along Redcliffe Jetty and wander down Bee Gees Walk. The Gibb family lived on Fifth Avenue Scarborough for a little while. This walkway has some great photos, statues and of course the music of The Bee Gees playing and stories from Barry Gibb.
