We’re proud to announce the official launch of our first pilot of the TRX Method™ … A People-First model of property management being rolled out across South East Queensland, beginning with the Fraser Coast region.

This pilot program has been created to bridge the gap between the private housing sector and those in our community who are struggling to secure safe, stable homes …including individuals and families who are post-DV, experiencing current domestic violence, or facing barriers to housing access due to affordability, circumstance, or systemic challenges.

The TRX Method™ is a holistic framework designed to support both tenants and property owners, creating sustainable housing outcomes that nurture stability, dignity, and growth. Participants in this pilot will be supported not only to secure housing but also to be managed under the TRX Method™, by property managers trained in trauma-informed and human-centred practice.

While the full framework has been evolving over the past 6–12 months, this marks the official pilot commencement …and we are now opening submissions for community members who wish to participate.

It’s Friday and wow… what a HUGE, heavy week it’s been. I really needed this — and just had to share. I honestly haven’t laughed this hard in ages. 😂

This skit was way too relatable — and I’m sure more than a few landlords and tenants thought of me straight away. 😅

Okay, okay… I promise I don’t climb your furniture, I’m not snooping in your pantry spices, and you won’t find me under your sink (or your bed, haha).

But let’s be real — I am pedantic with my routines. Every inspection, I’ll check the blinds, roll the doors, flush the toilets, run the taps… the works. And every report? 150–200 images, thoroughly detailing the property.

Why? Because it’s about protection on both sides:
🏡 Tenants get the best shot at a full bond refund.
💰 Landlords get stronger returns and zero nasty surprises.

That’s what I call a win–win. 🏆

✨ But here’s the kicker — are you actually happy with your current manager’s reports? Are they proactive… or are you waiting for vacate day to get one BIG surprise?
