Perth buyers have a lot more choice than they did this time last year. 👀

REIWA reported 7,565 properties on the market this week in Perth, compared with 2,941 at the same time last year. An increase of 4,624 properties (+157.2% more)

But that doesn’t mean every suburb is experiencing the same conditions.

Some areas are still seeing strong buyer demand and limited stock, while others are giving buyers more options and more time to compare.

For sellers, this makes presentation, pricing and local market knowledge even more important.

The number that matters most isn’t just how many homes are for sale across Perth, it’s how much competition your property is facing in your own suburb.

What a day. 🏆 Five agencies stepped up to Foodbank WA's Meal Makers Challenge and went head-to-head in Battle of the Agencies.

We're proud to say Noble Avenue took out the win, with LJ Ho**er giving us a very close run for it.

But the real win was what this raised for West Australians doing it tough and the awareness spread. Thank you to everyone who donated, cooked, shopped and showed up.

We feel incredibly lucky to live and work in a community like this. 150 bunches of daffodils sold out within hours yesterday at our Daffodil Day stalls, raising $2,098.40 for Cancer Council WA.

People stopped on their way to work. Families came by with their kids. Regulars who come back every single year. Every conversation is a reminder of why this day matters so much to so many people.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward cancer research, prevention programs and support services for West Australians and their families.

To everyone who stopped by, donated, or simply said hello - thank you. Days like this are why we love being part of this community. 💛

After this year's Sleeping Bag Appeal, we received this message from reiwa.com CEO Blaine Slater:

"The real estate community has always rallied together when people need support, and this appeal was another reminder of how our members carry that spirit into their local communities."

The truck broke down on collection day. So the REIWA team loaded three cars - stuffed to the brim - and drove every donation in themselves.

That is the kind of community this appeal brings out in people.
