The story with this one is… the owners of this house came to my first listing at 54 Roscoe St Holland Park. Didn’t bid at Auction, but I did ask them, “do you have a house you need to sell to buy this one? Yes.” So, I went out and started the first D Discover, then second D Defined their strategy. They visited my 808 Cav Rd listing. They came to my 5 Balcha St listing. They mystery shopped a local Agent who works in the Sunnybank area, and then chose to list with me.

Members of Queensland’s First Rotary Club are immensely proud of our 100+ years of history, enabling us to fly the flag high for all Rotarians and chip in big this financial year with a $50,000 donation to UQ’s QBI Rotary Qld Endowed Chair in Neuroscience.
