Over the last two days, Maree and Ashleigh had the pleasure of travelling to Launceston to attend the REIT Elevate Conference 2026 for Real Estate Principals and Industry Leaders.

It was an incredible two days filled with inspirational speakers, valuable insights, and the opportunity to connect with both new and familiar faces within the industry. We came away with a wealth of knowledge and fresh ideas on how to continue being the best leaders we can be.

The sale of Southgate Shopping Centre marks the end of an incredible 8 year journey with our valued mainland owners.

After purchasing the property through an out of area agent in 2018, the owners walked the Huonville strip meeting with all of the local agencies, searching for the right team to manage their major commercial asset. After sitting down with Maree, they stepped out for a coffee… and returned just half an hour later to sign on with TPR Property Group.

Over the following years, Maree successfully managed the shopping centre with dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for both the owners and tenants. When the time came for the owners to move into a new chapter of life, there was no question who they trusted to handle the sale.
