Things I was doing while other people’s properties + Airbnb paid my bills:
• Partying in Mykonos
• Travelling with mum through Europe
• Off-roading through the Romanian mountains
• Playing in a foosball championship
• Enjoying epic sunsets
• Upgrading my wardrobe
Most “successful” professionals I know aren’t broke. They just don’t have time.
$100k–$150k a year on paper. But someone else’s calendar owns them.
50–70 hour weeks. Paid time off they feel guilty taking.
Vacations they pay for twice: Once with money, and again with time and stress when they come back to 342 unread emails.
And their long-term plan to achieve freedom looks like this:
Save 20%–30% of every paycheck.
Wait 25 years. Then, maybe, actually enjoy life at 65.
That’s not freedom. That’s delayed living — and the truth is, we don’t know how long we have on this earth.
When I started, I had:
Low capital. No “perfect market.” No mentor.
I built my business from scratch and figured out exactly how to make it work for me, instead of me working for it.
I started in Sweden and then scaled across Australia. By now I’ve generated more than $10 million in bookings, and I’ve helped dozens of students achieve true freedom with this business model.
So it’s not about location. It’s about the playbook. And it can be done fully remotely.
For example, my student Trilokbeer joined from Nepal. Now he runs 20 properties across Kathmandu, Dubai, and South Africa.
