Looks fine. What do you think?

We were engaged by a homeowner who recently purchased a home in to document and provide recommendations for rectification of major structural damage from termites. They did everything right. Got a licensed builder to carry out the building inspection and report prior to purchase. The builder also carried out the pest inspection, but no pest license and they missed extensive major structural damage as a result of termite damage which was evident to visible areas.

We always recommend engaging individual experts for each specific area of your pre purchase building and pest inspection to ensure you have all areas covered and inspected by individual licensed and insured professional in their field.
