🌿 Reflecting, Learning & Embedding Culture Together 🌿
Our team came together to reflect on what culture means within our service and how we can continue to respectfully embed culture into our everyday practices. 💛
We explored how we acknowledge cultural events in meaningful ways, ensuring these experiences are more than just a date on the calendar. We reflected on the importance of creating opportunities for children, families and educators to share their voices, traditions, perspectives and experiences. 🌏
Our discussions focused on being respectful, inclusive and intentional — considering the why behind what we do and ensuring our practices reflect the diverse cultures and communities within our service.
Together, we continue to learn, listen, reflect and grow, creating an environment where every child and family feels a sense of belonging and where culture is valued every day. 🌱💛
