Stage 1 of our Senior living townhouse development kicks off with engagement of the local Southern Highland consultants. The Architect Russell Isaac-Cole from Pitch Studio has created the concept plans for Master Plan and detailed Stage 1.

We have finally finished our duplex at Sutherland, its is styled and ready for the first open house this saturday. It has been a great experience and we are so proud of the results. On to the next one now!😅

Duplex is really starting to take shape now with roof on, external cladding almost complete, internal gyprock, plumbing and electrical complete. Ready for next week painting and joinery starting.

Have been still checking in with the market with prices for duplexes in that area still holding at $1.7M each. Below example after speaking to agent sold for $1.7M on the dot.

As we close the site of our Duplex project in Sutherland for Christmas 2022, we look back on what we have achieved this year. We completed demolition, excavation, slab and framing so far and the roof goes on in January. It has been a wild ride so far and we are looking forward to seeing the finished product in May 2023.

After a loooong wait we finally have our approved DA for our Duplex development at Sutherland. YAY!! 🎉🥳

We are now able to go full stream ahead on the construction stage of the project. After going out to tender we finally decided on a builder called Hipwell Projects, which am looking forward to working with.

It has been a good learning experience so far and I can see where we would go differently next time, but that's all just part of the journey. I thank my great supportive money partners and look for to sharing the build steps with you.

Onward and upward 🚀
