🏠 Roof Repair Update – Back Roof Transition Flash Replacement 🔧

Today we replaced the back roof transition flashing due to a change in roof pitch. The old roof also didn’t have proper turn-ups on the sheets, which was allowing water to run under the pitched roof and cause leaks over time.
We removed the patched sheets, installed new roofing sheets and a transition flashing , and made sure everything tied in smoothly with the existing roof for a watertight finish. 💪

If your roof has areas where different pitches meet, make sure the transition is flashed correctly — it’s one of the most common spots for hidden leaks!
