Friday Funday! 🎉

Another huge week across Mitchell PT, BNB Property Managers and Podium Property Management!

This week included rent roll due diligence, planning for our NEXT events, working with the Podium PM team on setup and BDM growth ideas, plenty of online meetings, apartment restocking and even fixing a keysafe!

Today might be a public holiday in Victoria, but there is still plenty happening behind the scenes with an admin catch-up and BNBPM check-ins.

And BNBPM has had a BIG week with 14 check-ins! 🏡🙌

This weekend it’s time for some farm jobs and shopping for Nanna’s new house.

A busy week, but lots achieved across all three businesses plus an REIV meeting thrown in as well!
