Selling our much loved caravan. We’ve spent many wonderful holidays away here and have so created many wonderful memories. But our nest is now empty and our travels these days take us beyond our homeland boarders. So it’s time for another family to be just as blessed as we were

Fantastic location. Very close to two playgrounds, a bike park, walking tracks, boat ramp, Tuggerah lake and it’s many amazing walks, cafes, shops and Shelley beach is just 5 mins down the road. There are great restaurants near by and fantastic local pubs that are family friendly.

We’re asking $27,000.00 ono. The park fees are very reasonable and the land lord has be brilliant in our whole time of tenancy (7 years).

Caravan sleeps up to 10 people (not including floor space!! Lol - the most we’ve had was 14)
2 x double beds in two bedrooms
3 x double futons in lounge room.
Each of these rooms also has a tv.

It’s the only caravan on site that has an enclosed back court yard. We’ve used that space as Private bbq area even though the park has bbq facilities. Weve even put up a toddler pool in the space.

The caravan has. private toilet and shower facilities, kitchen, lounge area with air conditioning.
