Any of my real estate friends got any positive news that works in favour of homeowners ? I see nothing but disaster removing negative gearing for all but new builds/stock.

A proud and heartfelt milestone for myself as I celebrate 25 years in the Mackay real estate industry.

Over the past two and a half decades, I have built strong relationships throughout the local community, working closely with buyers, sellers, investors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, accountants, and local businesses to help people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions — property.

What began as a passion for property and helping people grew into 25 years of trusted service, local knowledge, and genuine commitment to the Mackay community.

Throughout my career, I have been known for my honesty, dedication, and deep understanding of the local market, guiding countless families through buying and selling homes across the region.

As I now retire from real estate after 25 years, I reflect with gratitude on the friendships, clients, and professional partnerships that have made the journey so rewarding.

After 25 years in real estate, it’s time to hang up the gloves 🥊

An end of an era.

This journey has been built on dedication, sacrifice, and commitment 💼💪
Days, nights, weekends ⏰
Missed fun times and personal moments so I could stay focused and committed 🎯

I didn’t get into real estate to work until I was 70 — otherwise I would’ve gotten a full-time job 😉
Instead, I chose the harder path so I could buy back 20 years of my working life ⏳✨
