Since the budget announcement, I’ve had many clients come to me asking about using their self-managed super fund for “something new.”

Too much supply can lead to stagnant prices, weaker rental demand, and fewer buyers when it is time to exit.

𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗠𝗦𝗙, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱.
If super contributions pause, rent does not increase, or holding costs rise, the mortgage still needs to be covered. So buy where the rental market can support the property, and where the location has short, mid, and long-term growth drivers.

𝗦𝗠𝗦𝗙 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.
