So investor numbers have been dramatically reduced as confidence is at lows, not seen in a long time. Which is exactly what the government was hoping for. And as a result, many property markets are on sale right now. Agents are constantly calling me looking for buyers, where as only weeks ago, those same sales agents were issuing multiple offer forms to buyers. This is providing an opportunistic buying window in SEQ, not seen in many years. Some great deals out there. Exciting times for my clients.

Just secured a great deal for a young dad and mum. First time property buyers looking for a solid deal that would likely bring them strong capital growth in the short to medium term, along with strong rental cash flow to lessen the burden on their weekly budget. We managed to find this ripping little townhouse. A 3 bed 2 bath 2 car home for $435K.
Which just rented for $480PW.
A solid return. And my client is looking to potentially move there into the future to make it the first family home.

Absolutely wrapped to assist my latest interstate buyer secure their own little slice of SEQ. This client was looking for an “affordable” stand-alone house on decent land size. Obviously floor and bushfire free zones. I secured this free standing home on 650sqm for $735K. Which can be rented immediately or, could be given the cosmetic Reno treatment for the ability to manufacture some equity. Very happy client. Proud result.
