Our project located at 32 Kirkham Rd, Dandenong, VIC has been recognised as “The Most Outstanding Personalised SIL/SDA Living Space in Australia in 2026” at the Enablement Awards presented by Disability Update — a reflection of the use of quality building materials, graceful and harmonious design and great functionality.

The houses have been constructed above specification, allowing resident participants to enjoy their quality of life indoors and outdoors with family and friends utilising the multiple shared living spaces. Storage capacity was an important design brief, and appropriate storage capacity is offered throughout each house. The garage is another feature, allowing for motor vehicle storage and storage of mobility and other equipment. Data cabling and entry points are offered throughout each property offering residents internet connectivity. A designer kitchen has been well positioned with quality electrical inclusions.

Another feature is a super-sized 43.2Kw electricity battery and integrated 6.6Kw solar system for each house to assist with cost-of-living pressures.

Sumo Bundaberg - June 2026 Quarter Update

The Sumo Bundaberg development is an in-fill site located in Central Bundaberg at 48 Jealous Road, Kalkie QLD 4670. The site has a land area of 3,739sqm. Sumo will build High Physical Support (HPS) housing facilities on this site with overnight carer accommodation. The site has been subdivided with the excess land sold and awaiting settlement in July 2026. The initial houses are under construction offsite and will be delivered to site for services connection shortly.

CURRENT STATUS

The project team has been able to achieve the project progress below over the last quarter:

• Titles were registered and titles issued for the subdivided lots.
• Modular construction of the SDA houses reached pre-paint stage.
• Advertising of the properties by the SDA provider underway.

FORWARD LOOKOUT

• Awaiting settlement of the excess land sales in July 2026.
• Painting, fit-off of equipment, floor finishes in the modular SDA houses by the end of July 2026.
• Completion and delivery of houses to site and connection of services by the end of August 2026.
• Completion of landscaping, carports and driveways by mid-September 2026.
• Target completion by the end of September 2026.
• Enrollment of the properties to the NDIA.
