From one first homebuyer to another. 🏡🤍
This SOLD story has a few more twists and turns than most, but the ending makes it all worthwhile!
Three sets of buyers, two setbacks completely outside of my sellers’ control and a changing market that kept us on our toes.
Through it all, my sellers never once lost trust in me. They took every strategy adjustment on board, trusted my advice and we kept pushing forward.
And as they say, third time lucky! 🍀
Not only did we achieve a sale price above my sellers’ expectations, but we also got to see their first home handed over to another couple beginning their own homeownership journey.
There’s something pretty special about watching a home that holds so many memories for one family become the place where another will make theirs.
A bittersweet goodbye for my sellers and an exciting new beginning for these two!
