With our full home search service, the amount of house inspections and subsequent applications are UNLIMITED! We work tirelessly to find you a home before you arrive. The more properties we view and apply for, the better. The market is extremely competitive, so (unpopular opinion here) the key really is not to be **too** picky or particular - remember, this is only a rental, not your forever home. Location is important, as is general size (i.e. amount of bedrooms required etc.), but beyond that, the more picky you are, the less chance there will be of getting a successful application before your deadline.

🏡Suburb of The Week!🏡

Burpengary East (not to be confused with Burpengary, which it was separated from in 2010) is a quiet and friendly suburb and lies on the east side of the Bruce Highway. It is a really up and coming suburb - the fantastic (and very large) North Harbour estate is modern, fresh and has all the amenities you could need, and is great for young families.

Easy access to the highway, and about 50 mins drive from the CBD / 40 mins to the Sunshine Coast.

Another question I tend to get asked is about the price of rentals. A few people have questioned whether they can negotiate on the listed price and I am here to break it to you... nope! The price you see is the price you pay.

Unfortunately the rental market in Australia is so competitive, if you cannot pay the price, it'll be offered to the next applicant - simple as that.

Beautiful Newport is a coastal suburb in Moreton Bay, about 30 mins north of Brisbane CBD, and right next to Scarborough and Redcliffe on the Redcliffe Peninsular.

Todays FAQ! It’s pretty uncommon that you are able to get an application in on a rental property unless you or somebody on your behalf has inspected the property. That’s why having a relocation agent working for you on the ground in Oz is so useful!
