Over the past week, plenty of little handyman jobs done. Spring is definitely here with grass and garden maintenance in full swing. Couple smaller jobs completed with the mini loader and excavator.

A larger job going to take a extra visit or two to be back under control and former glory, but a big improvement on the first vist.

Zero turn now back action, all ready for tomorrow's full day of mowing the outer townships.

A near full day today just in repairing the deck. Truing up spindles housings, replaced blades & spindle shafts and bearings again, after other ones had only 3 hrs on them! From doing a full service that morning all ready for spring season.

Added some extra bracing etc to stiffen up the original fabricated deck from any futher possible weak points. repaied the cracked welds and added a few more welds after the other days festivities.

Good thing i can fix my own equipment, not having to take it in to shops for work. The local mower shop, had parts again on hand. Helps in a fast turn around on repairs.

As mentioned in previous post, over grown blocks and lawns will attract a (Extra service fee charge) discussed prior to service commencement, HHMS discretion to wave or stand by the fee. Approval will be required at time of service! Before commencement of service for that day. Or re-arranging another day for service should Approval not received in time.

Regular servicing promotes better lawns and less w**d take over, minimising clippings etc ability to mulch clippings better thus making food for the lawn and looks less messy. Alot easier on equipment, less possibilities in damage to my or your equipment/ property. Good visibility for obstacles etc. Less time doing service if more Regularly done.

Anyway here's to the busy season. Spring is here.

With spring around the corner. Any vastly overgrown lawns will now attract a extra service fee cost henceforth (To cover any out of normal wear and tear, in doing/completing the service)

Ive tried to avoid doing this, but i can no longer, keep absorbing the costs in damage caused by doing overgrown blocks lawns etc. To my expensive equipment and the extra strain on equipment in doing vastly over growth jobs.

I totally understand, if you look at other avenues to mitigate your costs, in sourcing an alternative provider, for a service. Especially in this current financial climate. Likewise, I need to do the same. Hence the new service fee charge, to cover any out of abnormal wear and tear cost in damages, to my equipment during a overgrown lawn/blocks etc.

Thank you all, for your understanding. It isnt something l wanted to do, but unfortunately its now become a necessity.

This will be explained at time of service, if it will warrant the need for the extra service fee charge. This is primarily for very overgrown blocks, lawns etc. You will need to consent to the charge, prior to commencement of the service if your servicewill be effected by the additional charge. If no consent to continue is given, at the time, no service will take place on the day. Thus arranging for another suitable day may occur.

Kind regards,

Duane,
HHMS

Been pretty busy doing all sorts of work from security camera installation, more gutters, mowing, general Handyman stuff and another fence completed today.

No picture from original fence, was just a 600mm high 2 rail and post fence that was all rotted out.

Client happy and can now let the doggy šŸ• out the front of house.
