With a deep appreciation of what buyers' love, proven commercial success, and an understanding of architecture and construction, Tim collaborates with industry leaders to pioneer a new approach to development. One driven by a strong set of values and inspired by a shared purpose to create homes for abundant life. Although he graduated third in his year with first class honours from the University of Sydney, Tim realised his skills lay more in business and so went into development and construction with a graduate role at Lendlease, one of Australia’s leading property developers. Having grounded himself in the discipline required to manage billion-dollar projects, he then sought to acquire deep market knowledge and business acumen. Over the next twenty years, Tim successfully founded, grew and sold Belle Property Mosman and Belle Property Neutral Bay selling over $3bn in prestige residential real estate, and was recognised as REB Australian agent of the year 2014 within an industry of 40,000 agents. In 2023, he became a graduate of Harvard’s premier real estate program, the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP).

The plane has landed! After acquiring the site in March 2021, taking three years to get the approvals, starting building in April 2024, we have now finished the magnificent Redan Lane. A huge thanks to the hundreds of designers, consultants, salespeople, builders and tradespeople that have worked together to bring this project to life.
