Huge Thanks to Paul Snell Concreting – and Turbo

Big appreciation to Paul, Darryl and Matt from Paul Snell Concreting. They thought they were just coming in to pour concrete for us — but they’ve ended up doing everything from landscaping to fencing, and they’ve absolutely mastered our zero-threshold doorway finishes for people with disabilities.

And of course, Turbo the dog makes sure everyone stays in line and on schedule 🐕‍🦺😂

Huge shout-out to Malcolm Hobbs – the fastest locksmith in Ballarat!

Called him today to unlock a bedroom door and a letterbox… I had barely hung up the phone and his van was already in the driveway. Lightning-quick, reliable and always willing to help.
What we appreciate most is how respectful, patient and understanding Malcolm is with our residents with disabilities. He often prioritises their jobs and treats everyone with genuine kindness.
