Nothing beats unwinding with some amazing local food right here in Mount Cotton! 🍔🍟

Took the family out for dinner at The Grove Kitchen and Bar, and as always, the meals were absolutely incredible.

It was already pretty hard to miss me driving around in a bright orange ute, but it’s about to get even harder now that the official Your Local Agent branding has landed! 🧡🚗

​Seeing this milestone come to life actually brought a small tear of pride to my eye. It might seem like just a car decal to some, but it means so much to me personally in my mission to build something special for our family.

​The story behind the logo makes it even better. The design came from a moment between Gina and I when we were brainstorming ideas. She did a quick doodle of a house on a notepad, and it just clicked. That simple sketch formed the entire basis of what I want this business to be genuine, authentic and truly local.

​A massive shout out to the team at The Promo Shack for their amazing work bringing this vision to life. You completely nailed it!

​If you spot the orange beast parked out the front of the local IGA or cruising around town, make sure to give a wave or come say hi! Always up for a chat. 🏡👋

Well, that was fast! 😅 I was just about to tell you all about this 3-bedroom renovator's dream in Cornubia, but my buyers swooped in before the "Coming Soon" sign was even warm.

Properties are taking a little longer to sell on the open market lately, but my off-market network is moving fast. I have a large group of buyers actively looking for opportunities right now.
