Our latest development at 5 Gerloff St was purchased specifically to knock down and subdivide into 2 allotments.
Our aim was to build 2 quality town houses specifically for inner city living. This was achieved and are now being enjoyed by the new owners.

Work has progressed well at Aaron & Megans property considering the early morning frosts.
We've cut into the main roof, plumbers installed gutters & roofing iron. Windows installed along with the Sisolation & Scyon linea boards. The opening has been cut to connect old with new and all wall boards & ceiling boards installed. Cupboards are due this week

Had a great week putting up the frames and trusses at Aaron & Megans property. Hopefully cutting into the main roof & installing the saddle trusses & colourbond on Monday weather permitting.

We got to pour Aaron & Megan slabs today. The forecast changed and showers were expected at midday. Lucky for us the rain kept away. Tony & Matt did another fantastic job of finishing the slab. Next stage Sam & Fisch to start framing.

Just starting this 3 bedroom & double garage extension for Aaron & Megan on the outskirts of town. What a great spot they have that they call home. A few acres with the tranquility of rural life.
Sam & Fisch have got the base ready so we can pour concrete tomorrow. Let's hope the rain stays away..
