A: According to the regulations of the Brisbane City Council, if your land area exceeds 450 square meters, you can install one without any application. For plots smaller than 450 square meters, submitting an application to the Council for approval is required. Different areas may have different policies, so be sure to check with the relevant Council.
Q: Customers are concerned about the installation period and process.
A: Once you make a decision, if we have stock, we can confirm the installation time within 1 to 2 weeks! In flat conditions, it might even be completed within 3 working days. If there's no stock, the order time is estimated to be 6-8 weeks.
Q: External interface issues of the house.
A: External interface installation, including bathrooms, electricity, toilets, and water, is not within our installation scope. Customers are required to handle this themselves. We can provide relevant installation advice, giving customers the flexibility to choose.
Q: Safety concerns.
A: We recommend adhering to standards during installation to ensure the safety of the house.
Q: House configuration issues.
A: Our one-bedroom, one-living room configuration includes a bathroom, toilet, shower head, and washbasin. The two-bedroom, one-living room option is similar but with larger room sizes. Special models like the all-glass house (without a bathroom) and Countryside style are available, suitable for suburban areas. Customization is recommended for areas without a water source.
