Termite inspections are not just about ants!! The other major factor is the moisture check.... every surface near plumbing is checked as a precaution as termites love moisture! This means that while we don't see termites often, around 50% of inspections reveal a concealed water leak or defect somewhere in the property. Early detection means we can solve the issue before it becomes a drama and before termites move in! Termite inspections are strongly recommended on an annual basis. We don't just do rent collection & coordinate repairs...we convert drama into peace! 🤩

Whether we like it or not, multiple owners have come over to us, desperately needing help. Their properties haven't been looked after by the previous agent or by the tenants, the property's a mess so even if they wanted a new tenant, they wouldn't attract one. Plus it's probably not even legal due to a compliance or two that's been ignored.

That's where we come in. It's not an instant fix. But with careful management, maintenance, marketing and magic, we get the journey back on track to where it should always have been.

It's 5.30pm on a Sunday night and a tenant messages us after her smoke alarms have gone off 3 times in the past hour... ...

It's 5.30pm on a Sunday night and a tenant messages us after her smoke alarms have gone off 3 times in the past hour... they are super loud and the tenant is distressed.

Within seconds our smoke alarm contracter replies to my text and personally calls the tenant to assist her in disarming them.

By 5.45pm tenant is happy and a work order is issued for the alarms to be checked out asap.

Trades are everything. They are our team, we are just the coordinators.
