Look at the competition, understand your likely buyers and work out how you want to position the property before it hits the market.

The preparation happens before the campaign. The result follows from it.

An early offer on a property in The Eastern Suburbs can tell you more than just what one buyer is prepared to pay.

I want to know who the buyer is, why they’re making the offer now and how strong their position is.

Then I look at the campaign.

Are other buyers showing interest? Are inspections generating competition? Is the offer consistent with the feedback we’re receiving?
