In 2020 my soon to be husband & I bought our first home🏡
Buying a home should be an exciting time, unfortunately given the state the house was in this wasn’t the case for us.
1 year later we out grew our Townhouse with the arrival of our Daughter.
we were ready to sell to buy a bigger home for our family.
During this time is when I realised what potential buyers would want to see walking into our home.
I didn’t want anyone to feel how we felt when we purchased.
I staged our house in one day,decluttered everything, created a blank canvas for potential buyers.
Our house sold within two days, our realtor couldn’t believe the transformation.
he asked me if I had this professionally staged?
He was very shocked to find out I had achieved this by myself with a 2 month old at the time.
With the simple staging I created, we easily made an extra 10k profit.
Receiving feedback from the new owners stating they fell in love with our house regarding the presentation we had created.
This was the reason they had purchased our home.
