I have another buyer's brief. The other two have now secured properties.
North Lakes is the preferred suburb, but will consider Mango Hill. They are not interested in other suburbs at this stage.
Wishlist Non-Negotiable:
4 Bedroom
Double Garage
Office to work from home
Ducted Aircon (Will consider split units if they are in every room)
Entertainment space (We entertain a lot, so this is important to us)
Ensuite with a toilet door that can be closed off from the rest of the bathroom
Secondary Bedrooms that are spacious (i.e. Larger than 3.2x3.2m)
Decent size grassed area as we have a German Shepherd
Two bathrooms (i.e. En-Suite and Regular Bathroom)
We do want space between us and our neighbors. (Roofs that almost touch are overrated π)
Negotiable
Pool (If the price is right, we can go with no pool but have space to put on in in future)
Two Lounges (We currently have two lounges but use one as a snooker/pool room, and the other as a family TV room
Kids Lounge (i.e. Rumpus Room)
Powder Room separate to the two bathrooms mentioned
Butlers Pantry as long as the regular pantry is sizeable.
Single Story but happy to look at double
Kitchen with an island
Solar
