💛 R U OK? Day

A little reminder today that you don’t need to have all the answers to make a difference.

I think the older I get, the more I realise just how much people can be carrying behind the scenes. We’re all busy, we all have our own stuff going on, and sometimes the people who seem completely fine are the ones who could really use someone checking in.

I know how easy it is to say “I’m good!” and keep moving, so today is a good reminder for me too, to slow down and really listen.

Check in on your friends. Your family. Your workmates. Your neighbours. And the people who always seem like they’ve got everything together.

Sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” and genuinely making time for the answer can mean more than you realise. 💛
