Norwest Strata Management is a family owned and operated company based in the Norwest Business Park.
Founded by Anthony & Debbie Montibeler in 2015, the team at Norwest Strata provides all types of strata management services for both Strata & Community Titled properties both Residential & Commercial in nature.
Anthony is the Director & Licensee-In-Charge commenced his working career in information technology where after 13 years made the switch to Strata & Community management in 2004. His wife Debbie is Director as well as Class 1 & 2 Licensed Strata Manager landed in strata & community management in 1998 and comes from a family who built careers in the Strata & Community industry since the early 80’s.
With the team now comprising of 9 people, Norwest Strata has taken on and is currently working with various clients/properties that have major issues such as waterproofing & structural remedial repairs, fire orders, compliance issues and legal matters. Utilising a group of highly professional & dedicated tradesman, legal practitioners & building consultants their goal is to ensure their clients are getting the best outcomes to achieve the highest return on an owner’s investment.
Compliance being an important aspect of strata & community management, the team at Norwest strata ensure that an Owners Corporation or Community Association meet their legal obligations under the various legislations governing strata & community schemes.
Having lived in the Hills District for 20 years the team at Norwest Strata have local knowledge of the area, however their services are not just limited to properties in this area. The team are capable of servicing properties throughout the Sydney Metro area and beyond.
