APARTMENT PRICES FORECAST TO OUTPACE HOUSES //

A recent article revealed Brisbane house values are forecast to jump 3.9% in 2024 with apartments forecast to grow by 5.1%.

Maree Kilroy stated, “The Brisbane market continues to benefit from relative affordability compared to the southern capitals, alongside strong future employment prospects, demand fuelled by interstate and overseas migration, and a scarcity of new dwelling supply.”

Following this year’s predicted growth, Brisbane apartment prices are expected to accelerate to 8.2% growth per annum in both FY25 and FY26.

With apartments forecast to outpace houses in coming years, failure to act now will result in paying a higher price.

A recent article has revealed that Brisbane has once again secured its position as Australia’s fastest-growing capital city market based on monthly data for August, with gains of 6.6 per cent this year.

According to , new listings in Brisbane were 15.6 per cent lower last month compared to the same period one year ago. The data also confirmed that total listings decreased 22.3 per cent during this same timeframe.

The facade finishes are underway, with render and cladding installation on the top levels. With joinery installation commenced on the lower levels, it's exciting to see the apartments take shape internally.
