🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage a well-maintained, established portfolio

Build strong relationships with both tenants and landlords

Coordinate repairs & maintenance

Conduct outgoing and routine inspections

Handle rent reviews and lease renewals

Monday to Friday only – no weekends!

Provide outstanding service every step of the way

✅ The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management

Proficient in Property Tree or similar

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Great communicator with strong people skills

Holds a current NSW Real Estate License

Has a valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

RBA cuts again – winter momentum builds
The RBA has cut the cash rate by 25bps to 3.85%, returning it to the level last seen in May 2023. Inflation is easing, the jobs market is strong, and the economy is losing a bit of steam, giving the RBA room to move.

Housing values rose 0.3% in April, marking a third straight month of growth. Buyer activity is bouncing back after a disrupted April, with clearance rates holding in the high 60s, more listings hitting the market, and appraisals on the rise.

Affordability is still a challenge, but the fundamentals, tight supply, strong population growth, and improving serviceability, point to a solid winter. More rate cuts are expected later this year, which could further support buyer confidence.
