The general consensus so far is that Perth will continue to be the top performing market in Australia, with double digit growth over the year, and rents will continue to rise rapidly as high migration continues with a severe lack of supply. We support this and feel Pert could really take off over the next couple of years.

location/larger/smaller/newer
