Here is another recently finished exterior project. 35 meters of steel balcony and stair railings. This job was very labour intensive. It took three tradesmen three days to scape sand and clean the railing backs back to a solid surfaces.
We then coated the railing with Dulux highbuild ZP epoxy primer and finished with 2 x coats of Dulux
FERRODOR 810. This is a single pack alkyd enamel containing a high level of micaceous iron oxide. The micaceous iron oxide pigment particles interlock in the film to form a barrier against moisture ingress and improve resistance to degradation by UV light.

We just finished a recent renovation/painting job in Hilton. We had to strip all of the doors and frames back to a sound surface, as the previous paint adhesion was failing.
The finish turned out great. We used Dulux wash and wear low sheen super hide for a superior finish on the walls. The trim was all finished in Dulux Enviro2 AquaEnamel semi gloss Lexicon 1/4 . We decided to use the Enviro2 to keep voc's to a very low level.
All of the preparation sanding was undertaken utilising the Mirka dustless power tool set up. There are some of the best tools to keep airborne dust to a a minimum especially on recently varnished floors and a lived in house.

Here is our latest finalised Melville project. The owners are getting the house ready for sale. Alot of the surfaces needed sheen and colour matching. We were able to get perfect matches.
We used premium Zinsser and Dulux low VOC primers and top coats to minimise any paint odours, loved how this one turned out.

Another beautiful re-paint in Wembely Downs. The clients chose Antique White USA for the ceilings and cornice. It gave the areas a much warmer feel than the standard WA White ceilings. Originally, some of the walls were a very dark blue. The Dulux Wash&Wear Super hide worked great to cover the blue with ease . There were alot of repairs to be filled and sanded. The Mirka dustless system worked amazing ,with minimal dust, which means safer working environments for the workers and no dust for the house owners. Their tools have been absolute game changers for painters.
